The Town has received a development application proposing the construction of a grouped dwelling to the rear of an existing survey strata lot.

The Town has received three development applications to change the use of the existing multiple dwellings (apartments) at Units 5, 6 & 8, No. 935 Albany Highway to short rental term accommodation. The applications seek approval for each apartment to accommodate up to 2 guests at a given time.

The Town has received a development application for Ancillary Dwelling (or granny flat) to an existing Single House at the above-mentioned property.
