Healthy Eating Activity and Lifestyle (HEAL) Program

The HEAL program helps people develop lifelong healthy eating and lifestyle habits. It runs over six weeks and includes one-on-one consultations, plus one hour of gentle to moderate exercise with an Exercise Physiologist and one hour of lifestyle education with a Dietician.

The exercise sessions are designed for people of all fitness levels to exercise as a group with friendly and supportive people.

The HEAL program will help you manage your weight, create healthy diet and nutrition habits, and manage health and heart conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
