The above-mentioned application seeks to amend the previous development approval for the Temporary Victoria Park Bus Interchange to allow the reinstatement of the northern station forecourt and car park, and to permanently retain the southern temporary car park. These changes reflect the decommissioning of the temporary bus interchange and will support long‑term passenger parking needs at Victoria Park Station. The changes include:

Reinstatement of the northern station forecourt and passenger car park.
Removal of all temporary bus interchange infrastructure; no longer required.
Permanent retention of the southern temporary car park to provide approximately 42 ongoing passenger parking bays.
Minor landscaping, access and traffic modifications to restore the station environment and amenity.
