Parking - After-Hours - Report Illegal Parking

IMPORTANT
This form is only to be completed after you have contacted the Town on (08) 9311 8111 and been directed to use it by the on-call Ranger. If you have accessed this form via a search engine, bookmark or a previously saved link, please do not complete the form until you have spoken with the Town.

This form is only available for reporting illegal parking during the following after-hours periods:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00pm to 7:00am
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: 5:00pm to 8:00am

For parking matters occurring outside these times, please contact the Town on (08) 9311 8111 to request officer attendance during operational hours.


The information required in this form is what the Town’s officers are required to collect each time enforcement activity is being issued. This information is required in the event that the offender determines to challenge the infringement in Court. Please note that enforcement action is at the discretion of the Town and any action taken by the Town is confidential. Please complete this form within 24 hours of the alleged offence to enable owner-detail searches to be conducted through the Department of Transport.

  • If obstructing a driveway, a photo down the length of the driveway to show what portion of the driveway is blocked
