Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest changes and it’s okay to need a bit of extra support along the way. During Perinatal Mental Health Week (23–29 November), we’re hosting a week of free events to help new and expectant parents connect, move, and recharge.

From Perinatal Pilates and Mindfulness sessions at Leisurelife, to Storytime and Rhymetime with wellbeing tips at the Library, every event is designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing. You’ll also find a range of resources and local supports available all week at the Vic Park Library.

Bring your baby, meet other parents, and take some time for yourself — you deserve it!
