The Town is calling for community feedback on a proposal to rename Duncan Street Reserve in honour of former Town resident Sister Martin Kelly MBE.
Sister Martin Kelly was widely acclaimed for her dedication, compassion, and advocacy on the part of orphans. She worked tirelessly to improve the living conditions and care of children, and was known across Western Australia for her work.
