METRONET has advised that works along Beatty Ave, Somerset St, Withnell St and Swansea Street East in East Victoria Park will resume from late November, with expected completion and resealing of the road before the end of the year.
Affected residents will have received letters to this affect from both METRONET and the contractor undertaking completing the works.
The contractor will continue to monitor the unsealed roads until completion of the works, sweeping the roads and implementing a watering schedule to minimise debris and dust as required.
The community is asked to direct any queries regarding the works to METRONET, as it is the owner of the project.
