Duty Planner Bookings
You can book an appointment with our Duty Planner service for general planning advice about properties and proposed developments.
The service is available Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3.00pm, with the following appointment options:
- Phone appointments: 15 minute
- In-person appointments: 30 minutes
Please note: Our Urban Planners can provide general and preliminary advice only. They cannot confirm whether a variation from the planning framework or a proposed development application would be supported. A formal assessment and determination can only be made once an application has been submitted.
