Join us for our Governance 101 workshop, designed to clearly break down committee roles and responsibilities so your team is set up for success.
Guided by an experienced facilitator, this session will help you strengthen your committee structure, clarify roles, and build a solid governance foundation to support your organisation’s projects and long-term goals.
This governance workshop will enable you to:
