Laughter Yoga workshop

Have you ever wondered why you feel so good after a hearty belly laugh? Join us for a fun and interactive Laughter Yoga workshop which combines movement, laughter and deep yogic breathing.
Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Janet Whitfield from Abundant Laughter will explain the origins of this practice, the positive impact laughter has on our mental and physical health and how to include more laughter in your life.
All ability levels are welcome as you can participate either seated or standing.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and a willingness to try something new.
