Take a moment to reconnect with your body and mind in these gentle Perinatal Pilates and Mindfulness sessions, designed especially for birthing parents and their babies.
Led by Darcey, an experienced instructor from Revere Pilates, this class focuses on safe, supportive movement to help build strength, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing in the perinatal period.
This is a welcoming and inclusive session where you can move at your own pace, stretch, breathe, and bond with your baby in a calm, supportive environment.
Session dates:
- Monday 25 November, 11am-12pm
- Tuesday 26 November, 11am-12pm
Who it’s for:
- New and expectant birthing parents (babies welcome).
What to bring:
- Yoga or Pilates mat (if you prefer your own)
- Water bottle
- Anything your baby might need for comfort
- You baby (hehe)
