Designed for professionals and working adults, the sessions explore what ADHD (really) is, how it commonly presents in adults, the often-overlooked strengths and common challenges like overwhelm, procrastination and the impact of masking.

Suitable for adults with ADHD, those who suspect they may have ADHD, and anyone wanting to better understand and support others.
