In preparation for Plastic Free July, join us for a practical and empowering workshop designed to make low-plastic eating simple, realistic, and sustainable. Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on what you already know, this session will give you the confidence to reduce plastic in your everyday food choices without spending more or adding extra time to your routine.

What you will learn:

      • Why reducing plastic in your food matters

      • How plastics and their chemicals can end up in your food

      • How to spot hidden plastics in packaging and cookware

      • Easy swaps that won't cost more or take extra time

      • Simple prep tips to reduce plastic and keep food fresh

About the presenter:

Dr Amelia Harray is a nutritionist (AN, dietician (AdvAPD) and clinical researcher in plastics and human health (PhD). She translates nutrition science into practical strategies that support energy, gut health and long-term wellbeing, with a focus on simple habits that busy people can stick to.
