This course is ideal for community members, volunteers, carers, and anyone wanting to build confidence in supporting others.

The Mental Health First Aid course teaches adults (18+) how to provide initial support to someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Valued at over $300, this course has been heavily subsidised for our community.
