Just 7km from the CBD, St James is the commercial and residential gateway to the Town from the south. Predominately a low density residential area, it is one of the few places where you can still purchase property on a large block, whilst being so close to key activity centres. Not only is it a short drive from Kwinana Freeway and within minutes of the train line, it is accessible by a number of primary routes including Albany Highway and Leach Highway.
