Parking notice: no 2-hour EasyPark limit

If you use EasyPark to manage your parking in the Town, you might have run into a '2-hour daily limit' - this was a configuration error and has now been fixed, so you can park to your heart's content.

Don't forget that there is a 30-minute daily session of free parking, regardless of the system you choose to use (PayStay, EasyPark or directly at the meter).
