The Town is excited to announce the return of the Summer Street Party on Saturday 14 November, from 4-9pm. Albany Highway will once again transform into a vibrant community celebration, bringing together live entertainment, family-friendly activities, food, markets and more.
This year's event will span from the Dane/Hampshire Street intersection to Sussex Street North, creating a lively festival atmosphere along one of Perth's most iconic strips. Best of all, the event is free to attend.
Hosted by Famous Sharron, this year's program features an exciting mix of entertainment, including interactive art performance Whale Song by Curious Legends, drag duo Cougar Morrison and Fay Rocious, country-pop artist Claudia Tripp, live music, DJs, roving performers and street entertainment.
Party-goers can also enjoy carnival rides, local market stalls, a variety of food trucks, public art experiences and the famous Foam Party.
The Summer Street Party is the Town's flagship community event, attracting thousands of visitors each year and showcasing the unique vibrancy and hospitality of the iconic Albany Highway strip.
Performance schedules, an event map and transport information is available on the Summer Street Party webpage. Due to road closures on the day, starting at 6am, attendees are encouraged to walk, ride or use public transport where possible.
