Lessee: Amplitel Pty Ltd as trustee for the Towers Business Operating Trust ACN 648 133 073

Consideration: $50,000 p/a + GST plus all operating/running costs from the commencement of the lease.

Market Value: $32,500 p/a + GST

Term: 5 years with three further terms of 5 years each
