Property: Approximately 85m² portion of 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA 6101, being part Lot 1 on Diagram 26715 on Certificate of Title Volume 1425 Folio 934

Lessee: Amplitel Pty Ltd as trustee for the Towers Business Operating Trust ACN 648 133 073

Consideration: $50,000 p/a + GST plus all operating/running costs from the commencement of the lease.

Market Value: $32,500 p/a + GST

Term: 5 years with three further terms of 5 years each
