The Town has received a development application for an Ancillary Dwelling at the above-mentioned property.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following:

  • Ancillary Dwelling internal floor area – The ancillary dwelling has a 76.4m2 internal floor area, in lieu of the maximum floor area of 70m2 as permitted under the Residential Design Codes.

Please note the abovementioned matter/s will be considered based on the merits of the case, and with regard to the relevant design principles of the R-Codes and any comments received from adjoining owners and occupiers.
