Alison joins the Town from the City of Armadale, where she’s spent the past few years leading service delivery in Technical Services. With a career spanning local government, utilities, and mining, she brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for making things work better for teams, for communities, and for the environment.
Before Armadale, Alison held senior roles at Rio Tinto and Water Corporation, where she led everything from strategic procurement and operational analytics to business improvement and stakeholder engagement. She has a knack for connecting the dots between field operations and big-picture strategy.
Alison holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Curtin University, which explains her thoughtful approach to leadership and her ability to bring people together around a common goal.
