The Town is inviting community members to attend the 2026 Community Mingle — a casual gathering designed to provide residents with a chance to connect with fellow community members before the Annual Meeting of Electors.

The free event will be held on Monday 16 March from 5-6 pm at the Town's Administration Building (99 Shepperton Road). It will be followed by the formal meeting at 6pm.

Attendees will have the opportunity to chat with Mayor Karen Vernon, Councillors and Town staff, ask questions about the Town’s business, and learn more about the recently adopted 2024/25 Annual Report ahead of the electors’ meeting.

Light refreshments will be provided, and registration is encouraged via Humanitix.

The Annual Meeting of Electors provides a forum for ratepayers and residents to discuss the annual report and raise motions in relation to local government matters, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995.

For more information and to view the Annual Report or meeting agenda, visit the Town’s Meetings of Electors page on the Town of Victoria Park’s website.
