This award recognises individuals who have provided long-term service to the community development sector within local government, while consistently performing at a high level of excellence. Paul’s work reflects a sustained commitment to building strong, supported communities.

This award recognises proven young leaders who demonstrate strong and consistent leadership to achieve positive outcomes within their local community, region and/or across the sector. Lara was acknowledged for driving lasting positive change through her focus on safety, collaboration and inclusion.

We congratulate Paul and Lara on these well-deserved achievements and thank them for their ongoing dedication to our community.
