On Tuesday 16th December the Town’s contractor will resurface Hampshire Street, East Victoria Park, (between Berwick Street and Devenish Street). Following this, kerbing, footpath and drainage works will be undertaken from mid to late January.
Access during works:
- Tuesday 16th December (7:00am - 6:00pm): No access during profiling and asphalt resurfacing.
- From Monday 19th January 2026: Kerbing, footpath, and drainage works with restricted access between 7:00am–6:00pm.
Please park any vehicles you need outside the work zone before 7:00am on the day of works. Traffic controllers will assist with safe entry and exit and may give you a 10–15 minute notice before access is restricted.
To help us complete the project on time, please keep vehicles off the road, kerb, and verge between Berwick Street and Devenish Street.
