Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Victoria Park resolved to amend Local Planning Policy No. 31 at its meeting held on 21 April 2026.

Further details of the above can be obtained by viewing the Minutes of the Ordinary Council Meeting of 21 April 2026. The amended Local Planning Policy is available for download here. Hard copies may also be obtained from Council’s Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park during normal office hours.

The amended Local Planning Policy has effect as of the date of this Notice being 14/05/2026.
