Property: Portion of the roof of the Grandstand at 34 Goddard Street, Lathlain, situated on Portion of Lot 1 on Diagram 26715 being a portion of the land in Certificate of litle Volume 1425 Folio 934.

Lessee: Waveconn Pty Ltd, ABN 83 920 382 700.

Consideration: Payable monthly at a rate of 1112th of $50,000 + GST per annum. Plus all operating/running costs.

Market Value: $47,500 + GST.

Term: Month to Month

Written submissions in respect of the proposed lease may be lodged with the Town until 5.00pm, Friday 7th November 2025.
