Request for Tender TVP-25-02 Cleaning of Council Buildings and Public Toilets

The Town of Victoria Park is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide professional cleaning services for its council-owned buildings, administration offices, community facilities, and public toilets to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

The existing cleaning contract is nearing its end, and this procurement aims to renew these services for the 2025/2026 financial year and to continue as per the new contract period.

The desired outcome is to maintain clean and safe environments for employees, residents, and visitors, enhance the Town’s reputation, and achieve operational efficiency by outsourcing to an experienced contractor.

The services will include daily, periodic, and emergency cleaning, the supply of consumables, and adherence to waste management and environmental sustainability practices.
