Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held for the purpose of considering: 

  1. A recommendation to the WA Planning Commission regarding an application by Holcim (Australia) Pty Ltd for redevelopment of the concrete batching plant at 12 Cohn Street, Carlisle under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
