- Receipt of the independent Auditor's Report and acceptance of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
- Acceptance of the Annual Report 2024 - 2025.
- Setting the date for the Annual Meeting of Electors.
- Lathlain Park Grandstand Remedial Works
