The Town of Victoria Park’s Macmillan Precinct is a much-valued hub of community services. In 2018, a detailed audit commissioned by the Town shows that significant renewal and investment in the coming decades will be required to replace the Precinct’s ageing buildings - including the Vic Park Library and Leisurelife Centre -  and meet changing community needs.

The Town of Victoria Park sees the Macmillan Precinct Redevelopment project as a unique opportunity to build a first of its kind place-making approach in the Town - a vibrant and innovative hub for living, learning, culture, wellness, community and opportunities.

To realise these opportunities, the Town has been working closely with local clubs, groups and residents to collaboratively shape a masterplan fit for the future needs of our community.

The project’s vision of 'Green Forever', 'Space for All', 'Mixed Together' and 'Celebrate Character' guides the Macmillan Precinct Redevelopment.

Discover our work together to re-imagine and create a sustainable and truly Vic Park future for Macmillan Precinct.
