The Town has received a development application for Change of Use from Grouped Dwelling to Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation at the above-mentioned property. The application is to extend a previous 12 month approval for up to five years in line with the Town’s Local Planning Policy 31.

In accordance with Local Planning Policy 37 – Community Consultation on Planning Proposals, you are invited to comment on the following:

• Proposed Use - A ‘unhosted short-term rental accommodation’ use is classified as an ‘A’ (discretionary) land use within the Residential zone under Town Planning Scheme No. 2.
